Anxiety is rampant in the world and can be debilitating for many individuals. It is critical to examine our thoughts and do some self searching to discover the roots of our anxiety and fears and ultimately find the courage to overcome them. Our fears are do not actually happened 90% of the time, so we have to learn to take control of ourselves and think differently.

Depression can be debilitating and cause us to become completely motivated to change and do things in general. Depression is usually a slow downward spiral, but together we can work on taking steps forward rather than backward by examining some of our thought processes and developing new ones so that we can overcome our depression.

All behavior begins with our patterns of thinking, so in theory if we can identify some of our negative thinking patterns and reframe them into positive healthy ones, our emotions and behavior will change as well. I specialize in identifying some of these irrational thought patterns also known as cognitive distortions and can provide insights and guidance on how to reframe them.
