We specialize in working with adolescents, adults and families dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression and general mental health, or behavioral issues. Our primary focus is Trauma. We provide interventions through Trauma informed care approach.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. There are many reason why mental health struggles occur. It is important to know that you are not alone, in your struggles.
