I have experience working with individuals, couples, families and children. I have worked in community, inpatient, and outpatient settings, which has led me to help others through so many of the difficult and diverse situations that may arise. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion, ego state and mindfulness techniques when working with individuals. I also enjoy using creative expression with clients (and I promise, it’ll be fun!) as it can illuminate a powerful and effective path to healing.
