About My Clients
The clients I work best with are high-achieving professionals who feel like they "should" have it all together but are feeling like no matter how hard they try, they come up short. Typically, having difficulty balancing life and work and get stuck in patterns of taking care of others instead of focusing on themselves.
My Background and Approach
I work with people who have experienced some kind of difficulty in their life that created a pattern that doesn't seem to be working anymore, but somehow keeps popping up over and over again. My approach is psychodynamic and CBT, which just means, we figure out where your beliefs come from and how you can challenge them to make better choices for yourself.
