About My Clients
I have focused my practice in working with adolescents ages 12-18 and young adults going through major life transitions. However, I am looking forward to working with other populations from all walks of life. Adverse life events and trauma can significantly interrupt our lives with symptoms and I know you are hoping for some relief. I hope we are a good fit!
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic style entails a relational focus, attachment oriented, trauma informed, and person-centered approach. I use , Narrative, CBT, DBT, EMDR and Family Systems orientations.
