I work with people navigating relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, anxiety, life transitions, ADHD, and trauma. I also work with couples who want to deepen their connection or navigate stressors.
My Background and Approach
My approach is holistic and collaborative. Together, we’ll look at the many buckets of your life—emotional, cognitive, physical, social, relationship history, and more —to identify where things might be feeling off and where you can move forward in a new, sustainable direction.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We don't exist in a void - our experiences and relationships shape us and often create internal struggles that can be difficult to navigate. In addition to being a therapist, I am a human being who has navigated my own life struggles and lived in this far from perfect world. In my work with people, I acknowledge the systemic factors that may be directly impacting their mental health. We may not be able to change everything, but we find ways to live fulfilling lives amidst the chaos, while we also collectively work toward making our world a better place for everyone in it.
