I utilize an integrative approach of post-modern therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered, and reality therapy to help explore your strengths and abilities to overcome personal obstacles you are facing. My areas of focus are working with grief and loss, life transitions, behavioral issues, anxiety, stress, self-esteem building, depression, and relationship issues.
