About My Clients

I see individuals, couples, and families of all ages and backgrounds. I'm a generalist—I enjoy working with whoever walks through the door, complete with all their surprises and complexities. My ideal client is curious and willing to look inward, even if tentatively.

My Background and Approach

I hold a Master of Science in Couple and Family Therapy with a specialization in Sex Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University. I regularly engage in ongoing trainings, education, and supervision. I practice integrative therapy, drawing from multiple schools of psychotherapy to develop a personalized and flexible approach for each client. Some themes I explore with clients include relational distress, high-conflict dynamics, low self-esteem, disability justice, sex and intimacy challenges, kink/fetish exploration, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My therapeutic framework is rooted in systems theory, which emphasizes the importance of considering broader contexts and nuances in understanding the individual, their relationships, and family alongside attendant issues of ethnicity, culture, gender, race, ability, and class. Choosing a therapist is part intuition, part informed decision. If you have any questions or think we might work well together, feel free to reach out. We can find a time to chat and see if it feels like a good fit.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
