About My Clients
My niche can be described as those who know traumatic challenges, conflict within relationships, have been stereotyped and held back. I like to challenge you to see life differently, to find the strengths within you to overcome whatever obstacles stand in your way. Really, you're the expert- I'm here to give the professional support, but at the end of the day I believe you are your best guide and I am here to gift you space to find what you already know or what is waiting for you to discover.

Really, you're the expert- I'm here to give the professional support, but at the end of the day I believe you are your best guide and I am here to gift you space to find what you already know or what is waiting for you to discover. I am open, warm, ready to listen. I will walk along side you as you share and identify your goals. My philosophy is usually "Progress over perfection!" and self compassion heavy. I am educated in mindfulness, somatic therapy practices, , IFS, CBT, and more. I work with anxiety, grief, depression, and more. I welcome all, truly- as you are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I grew up in a social justice oriented family and world, which began at a young age. It influences me heavily. I identify as a JewBu or Jewish Buddhist. I never really attended any religious service growing up too much; however, I am accepting to all faiths and backgrounds. I am a passionate anti-racist and an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community. My studies of Buddhism in college really influenced my outlook and it cultivated my worldview. I grew up in a non-religious household. I am open to all, and a lover of knowledge and the world. I have worked with kids in Baltimore schools, teachers, people struggling with health issues, grief, anxious people, people pleasers- everything under the sun!
