I counsel people from all backgrounds and walks of life to develop healthy coping skills, build confidence and mental fortitude, and strategize for success daily. My areas of specialty include major life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, substance misuse, and addictions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that no matter where you find yourself currently, you can chart a course towards recovery, healing, and success. My work volunteering with The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline has shown me that even in the darkest of valleys, there is a path towards a better tomorrow. Therapy has been transformational in improving my life and I believe it can be for you too.
