I wake up in the middle of the night and go over, and over, and over the Chores and Duties I have to perform” Is this you? This is anxiety. These states can occur when real (or imaginary) circumstances are a constant distraction to our lives (both sleeping and awake). Other contributors to anxiety are worry, fear, and compulsiveness.

Blended Family? Family therapy is essential for troubles in blended families. Blended families are families that are comprised of two adults and at least one child, that is biologically related to one of the adults. In these there may be children from both adults, blended with children that are products of the current relationship. Clear roles have to be defined in order to keep peace and to be fair with your discipline and your rewards.
