About My Clients

I work with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or stretched too thin—those navigating grief, anxiety, depression, or difficult relationships. Many of my clients are used to being the strong one for others, while quietly struggling themselves. Whether you're a student, a caregiver, or simply going through a tough season, this is a space where you don’t have to hold it all together. You deserve support that feels safe, respectful, and truly sees you.

My Background and Approach

I use a mix of proven tools and techniques—like CBT, narrative therapy, and solution-focused work—based on what works best for you. Over the years, I’ve helped people move through tough experiences like grief, unsafe relationships, anxiety, low mood, trauma, and stress that just doesn’t seem to let up. We'll focus on what’s going on right now and give you real, practical strategies to feel more in control. I aim to make therapy a space where you feel understood, supported, and not alone with it all. You’ll leave with tools you can use every day, wherever you are.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe your story matters—and it’s completely your own. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach in therapy, so I tailor our work to fit who you are and what you need. I care deeply about creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected. I also know that things like culture, identity, and systemic issues impact mental health, and I’m not afraid to talk about that. I stand for equity, inclusion, and showing up for people in real ways. Also—I make really good tea. If you're looking for support that really gets it—you’re in the right place.
