My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Therapist and Gender Specialist with nearly a decade of experience specializing in treating Gender Dysphoria across the entire lifespan (9 to 65+ years old). I offer a holistic clinical experience that fuses traditional clinical practices (psychodynamic therapy, CBT and DBT) with intuitive forms of healing (mindfulness and energy work). I aim to guide you in identifying the root causes of your suffering and developing the skills needed to heal from trauma and to thrive. As a Vietnamese-American transgender man, I understand that stress, violence and oppression can significantly impact our lives. Even still, it is possible to build an authentic, freeing life. Having a supportive therapeutic relationship can help.
