My clients strengthen their resilience & self confidence, while reclaiming their power to create a joy-filled life. My aim is always to treat my clients holistically (mind, body, & spirit). Using a trauma-informed lens, I create a safe, nurturing, nonjudgmental, warm space to allow you to fully explore your concerns and your sense of self. My specialties include working with the BIPOC & LGBTQ+ communities, sexuality, women and teen girls issues.

My modalities include an eclectic mix of CBT, DBT, AEDP, somatic-body awareness, relational, & mindfulness techniques.
