I work with older adolescents and adults, both individually and in group/family sessions.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I come from the mindset that life is hard and that struggle is in no way indicative that we have done something wrong, and it is nothing to be ashamed of. Struggle is also not something we should journey through alone. “People who are hurting don't need avoiders, protectors, or fixers. What we need are patient, loving witnesses.
