My Background and Approach
I received my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2014. I later received my Masters in Social Work from Bridgewater State University in 2019 and became independently licensed in 2022. I have experience working in a number of areas such as community, medical and private practice settings.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a human first & therapist second. I believe in the importance of relationship & trust building. My practice is social justice centered and I believe in the dignity and worth of each individual I come into contact with. I help BIWOC to get out of the people pleasing & troublesome patterns of living. Expect to learn how to honor your needs and to stop apologizing for taking up space.
