My Background and Approach
Together, we process what feels stuck, regulate your emotions and nervous system, and reduce overwhelm, triggers, and dissociation. We build emotional regulation skills and deepen awareness of your inner experiences so you can respond with intention rather than react and feel more grounded and in control in your daily life. If you’ve been carrying experiences that still feel heavy or overwhelming, therapy can help you begin to release that weight.
