About My Clients
Whether you just experienced a major life transition, or you’re about to, or want to but don’t know how, I can help. I work with pre-teens, teens, young adults, middle-aged, and the mature. Maybe you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, fear or shame, relationship problems, unresolved pain from the past, or the stress and overwhelm of everyday life. There are many reasons you chose to be brave and reach out today. It is my privilege to help guide you along your path.
My Background and Approach
Through my 20+ years of experience I've collected quite the eclectic background, and have had the honor of working with a wide range of diverse populations. I firmly believe that no two clients are alike and your treatment won't be either. My therapeutic approach is holistic and personalized to your uniqueness. Together we'll collaborate to find the best approaches, techniques, tips and tricks for you to make the changes in your life that are important to you. We might try something and it might not fit for you. Know that this is ok and a normal part of the process. I pull from many counseling theories but I most frequently utilize mindfulness-based practices coupled with person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, relational and acceptance and commitment therapies.
