My Background and Approach
Been there, done that! At age 50, I decided to stop playing the waiting and wishing game. After decades of supporting everyone else, I chose ME. I changed the way I thought about aging, took time to focus on myself and my dreams. I set goals and created a plan of action that included entering graduate school at age 50! Today, I'm living a life that brings me peace, contentment, and joy. My approach is person-centered, motivational, and goal-oriented. *I am licensed to provide counseling ONLY in the state of Oregon. **I provide individual & group coaching services to clients everywhere in the United States (& beyond)
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe self worth is based on our own personal thoughts. I believe in being unapologetically and authentically you. I believe in not waiting for others to fulfill my dreams - I am my own knight in shining armor. I believe getting older is mandatory , but feeling old is optional. I believe aging is not one size fits all.
