About My Clients
If you are curious, open, and seeking collaborative support in making positive changes in your life, we might be a good fit. I primarily work with neurodivergent individuals from various backgrounds who are seeking to improve their well-being.
My Background and Approach
I graduated in December of 2025 with my Master’s of Arts in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis & Clark College and an Ecotherapy Certificate. I completed my undergraduate education at Stetson University where I obtained a Bachelor’s of Art in Psychology and a Bachelor’s of Science in Integrative Health Science. As a graduate student, I volunteered at the Lewis and Clark Problem Gambling Clinic where I went on to work as a graduate assistant and then intern. I am currently working on obtaining my CGAC-I. I also completed a secondary internship with the Healing Animal Partner’s Program (HAPP) through LifeLine Connections where I learned about equine assisted psychotherapy. I continue to volunteer with HAPP while I pursue an equine assisted psychotherapy certification.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where we can explore past experiences and work toward goals. As a therapist, I work collaboratively with my clients to build a relationship that promotes authenticity, empathy, and growth. My approach is gentle yet direct, with a healthy dose of humor. Together, we will examine ways in which culture, health, identity, and oppression impact your well-being. I practice Relational Cultural Therapy and Ecotherapy and strive to work with you to find creative ways to strengthen your connections to self, others, and nature.
