About My Clients
Welcome! I work with clients ages 7 to 70, supporting individuals and families through a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, and parenting concerns.
My Background and Approach
I have years of experience working with children, teens and adults. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and EMDR to help you better understand yourself, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. At the core of my practice is the belief that people are not problems to be fixed, but humans to be understood. I view therapy as a collaborative process where we explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion—not judgment. I believe that mental health is deeply influenced by our relationships, our environment, and the systems we live in. I honor the impact of culture, identity, trauma, and lived experience, and I strive to create a space where all parts of you are welcomed and respected. Above all, I believe in the power of connection—feeling seen, heard, and understood can be a transformative part of the healing process. Therapy isn't about having all the answers; it's about asking the right questions and making space for your unique path.
