My Background and Approach
Online Counseling is the delivery of mental health counseling using therapeutic interventions via the Internet. It has been found by the American Psychological Association (APA) online counseling can be as effective as face to face. It is offered by video, telephone, email and text. My practice serves individual teens and adults, as well as couples. I believe you have the capability to grow into the unique individual you are and will do everything to help you grow into the person you are meant to be. Because each individual is unique and therapy is an art as well as a science, I will work with you utilizing the methodology that is best for you. I want to help you find that inner peace that is needed in this fast paced world and give you the flexibility to do it from the comfort of your own personal space. While I have learned a lot of important things in my education to be a therapist, I believe that who I am as person is what guides me most in my work. I greatly value interacting with others in a way that demonstrates hope, respect, and thoughtfulness.
