About My Clients

My Background and Approach
My hope is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can come completely and authentically as you are, where the unspeakable can be spoken, a space for you to question, grieve, learn, experiment, reconcile, celebrate, and ultimately find hope, growth, and healing. I use a mix of evidence-based treatments and a holistic approach. Together, we can uncover and explore your inner world, identify and celebrate your strengths, and bring compassion and awareness to the thoughts and experiences that formed and influence your navigation of the world. We will practice new coping skills to break the habits that numb and distract. We will find healthy ways to overcome challenges, sooth your stress, and help you find joy in life again. I genuinely believe you are the expert on your life, and that you have the innate power to overcome difficult challenges.
