You are the expert on your life. I am here to ask questions, provide perspective and give ideas that help guide you to the answers you already have yet may be unable to see.
My Background and Approach
I like to start with getting to know the different systems that influenced who you are today and the issue or stuckness you are struggling with. I tend to be direct but soft and work to meet you where you are while challenging you to move beyond that place. I work with the belief that where we come from influences in implicit and explicit ways, the stories we tell ourselves have influence, and that while there might be a not only can we understand why you are stuck but how to get you out of that stuck pattern. I work collaboratively with you as you are the expert on your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am of the mindset that equity and trust are essential to working together to find solutions and gain awareness. I like for our work together to be interactive and empowering with the understanding that there are systems we may have to work with, in, or around.
