About My Clients

I work with adults who are seeking meaningful change, greater emotional balance, and a stronger sense of direction in their lives. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or uncertain about the next step forward. Others may appear outwardly successful while privately struggling with anxiety, relationship stress, low self-worth, burnout, or grief. I am collaborative and transparent.

My Background and Approach

My approach is strongly person-centered and Rogerian in philosophy, meaning I believe people grow best in an environment of empathy, authenticity, collaboration, and emotional safety. Rather than positioning myself as an authority who tells clients who they are or what they “should” do, I work alongside each person in a respectful and transparent process of discovery and change. I believe that each individual has an innate capacity toward healing, growth, wisdom, and self-direction when given the right conditions and support. At the same time, I integrate practical and evidence-based tools that help clients create meaningful changes in everyday life. My style is eclectic, insight-oriented, and problem-focused, blending emotional depth with practical action. Sessions are collaborative and flexible, allowing clients to decide from session to session what feels most important to address. People arrive needing immediate coping strategies and emotional stabilization; others need more time.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My work is grounded in values of compassion, authenticity, human dignity, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I approach therapy through a socially aware, affirming, and nonjudgmental lens, recognizing the ways relationships, systems, identity, health, culture, and life experiences shape emotional well-being. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to be fully human—exploring both struggle and possibility without shame, pressure, or fear of judgment.
