My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York, National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and founder of Integrative Being Mental Health Counseling. My therapeutic approach is integrative and personalized, recognizing the powerful connection between the mind and body. I draws from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, mindfulness, somatic interventions, and parts-informed approaches, while incorporating nervous system regulation and HeartMath® techniques to promote resilience and emotional well-being.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that meaningful change occurs when clients not only gain insight into their experiences but also develop practical tools to create lasting transformation.
