About My Clients

A major part of my therapy practice is dedicated to working with people who identify as transgender, gender diverse, and gender questioning. This may include exploring your gender identity, discovering what gender means to you, problem-solving specific issues, or gathering referrals of other trusted health professionals. I also work with family members as they navigate the changes that come with their loved one's transition.

My Background and Approach

I am committed to providing ethical care in a safe and trusting environment. I work with clients to help them build the skills they need to improve their lives and relationships. Through therapy, we work toward goals that help each client live a life that is balanced, fulfilling, and consistent with their values. My goal in therapy is to help clients better understand what may be contributing to their current distress, and make changes that allow them to find meaning, purpose, and growth.
