About My Clients
I work best with individuals, couples, and families navigating major life transitions—especially those involving relationship changes, stress, conflict, or communication breakdowns. Many of my clients are seeking to feel more grounded, understood, and in control. Together, we focus on creating practical steps toward healing, balance, and stronger connections.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), I bring over a decade of experience helping individuals, couples, and families manage life transitions, relationship stress, and emotional overwhelm. My background includes extensive work in both community mental health and private practice, where I supported clients through complex family dynamics, recovery, and personal growth. Clients often appreciate my calm, supportive style and ability to blend insight with actionable strategies. I focus on helping people improve communication, strengthen boundaries, and navigate conflict in healthy ways. My specialized training in divorce and relationship coaching allows me to offer both emotional support and practical tools for change. Every session is tailored to help clients build clarity, confidence, and meaningful progress toward their goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At my core, I believe in empathy, equality, and the power of human connection. I’m passionate about helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered to make positive changes—especially during times of transition and uncertainty. I value honesty, kindness, and curiosity, and I strive to create a space where clients can bring their full selves without fear of judgment. I’m an advocate for mental health awareness and reducing the stigma around therapy and relationship support. I believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, practical care. Outside of my professional work, I’m drawn to causes that strengthen families and communities, promote emotional wellness, and encourage open, respectful dialogue. My practice reflects these values by honoring diversity, individuality, and the courage it takes to ask for help and grow.
