About My Clients
If you're struggling with feelings of anxiety, depression, loneliness, and need a kind, gentle listener then I might be a good fit for you. I work alongside my clients, guiding them to explore what's troubling them and seek out solutions using their strengths and develop coping skills together. I have helped clients cope with chronic health issues, addictions, grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, relationship issues, and managing life changes.

I use a strengths based approach to therapy. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming the challenges you face. I like to combine CBT exercises with psychotherapy to address issues and achieve goals.
