About My Clients
My approach is rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy and internal family systems theory, but I always make sure our sessions feel personal, creative, and tailored to you. I've spent time both in behavioral health roles and in corporate management, so I get how challenging it can be balancing school, work, relationships, and self-care. My goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive space.
My Background and Approach
As a first-generation Mexican American, I bring a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals navigating multiple cultural identities. My approach is grounded in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based practices. I work with clients to create personalized strategies that address anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD, focusing on practical solutions that empower them to take control of their mental health. I strive to provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients feel understood and equipped to face their challenges with confidence.

I value inclusivity, social justice, and community care, and I’m committed to supporting clients through a lens that honors their identities, culture, and lived experiences. I
