About My Clients
There are no easy answers to life. No instructions, no "how-to" guide. We all must navigate this world to the best of our ability. At some point, we begin to doubt what we can do and wonder, "what is this all about?" As a psychotherapist, I aim to assist you in getting the love you want for yourself and others.
My Background and Approach
Authenticity & Empathy. I believe we are the experts in our own lives, but we have to learn how to trust ourselves and tune out the noise. Together, we can explore the roots of the inner conflict you are experiencing. By doing so, we can explore ways to move forward, break new ground, and also close the book on unfinished business. My specialties include mental health treatment, addiction, co-occurring disorders, kink/poly clients, trauma informed care, and personality disorders. I am a graduate of Northwestern University, a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner, and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of Nebraska. I am also Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We all need a little help from time to time. I can assist you in climbing out of the hole through this support. By fighting against discrimination and injustice, I can advocate for you. I can open up the roadmap and help you through challenging terrain when necessary. Ultimately, my goal is to enrich and nurture a healthy spirit.
