My clients are tired of being reduced to checklists and diagnoses. They're navigating grief, transition, identity, and the emotional cost of survival. Some are executives, couples, families,people who want more than surface-level coping. They're looking for someone who actually sees them, who won't pathologize their responses to real things, and who can hold complexity without flinching. My Background and Approach
I'm a trauma-informed clinician with EMDR training. My work centers mind-body-spirit healing for people seeking elevated care. I don't talk at my clients, I sit with them while they untangle what's real, what hurts, and what's next. My approach is trauma-aware without being pathologizing, spiritually open without bypassing, and grounded in accountability, clarity, and care. I help clients identify protective patterns, navigate rupture and repair, and realign with who they actually are. My presence is grounding, people feel seen, understood, and safe enough to be honest in ways they haven't been before. As a Black, AuDHD woman, I know what it means to be high-functioning and overlooked. That lived experience shapes how I hold space. I work with individuals, couples, and families through integrative sessions that honor the body and the emotional truths it holds. Therapy with me feels human, sacred, and liberating.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing doesn't mean pretending the world is easier than it is. I believe your story, including the parts you've been told to minimize, matters deeply. I don't need to pathologize you to help you, and I refuse to reduce anyone to a diagnosis or a checklist. I'm rooted in integrity, accountability, and care. As a Black, queer, AuDHD woman, I've been misdiagnosed, minimized, and labeled for having emotions, depth, and the ability to articulate. I was called manic when I was in a creative flow. I've fought for myself and others when no one else would. That's not my trauma story, that's why I do this work. I built my practice to be the opposite of what failed me. I believe in therapy that feels human, sacred, and liberating. I believe in honoring the body and the emotional truths it holds.
