About My Clients
You’ve lived through something that cracked your world open — betrayal, religious conditioning, sexual shame, or a self you no longer recognize. Maybe your relationships don’t fit the standard mold. Maybe healing hasn’t felt possible in spaces that require you to shrink. I work with adults navigating betrayal trauma, infidelity recovery, complex trauma, and identity reconstruction. If you’ve felt too complicated for traditional therapy, you may be exactly who I work with.
My Background and Approach
I’m an LISW-S with specialized training in betrayal trauma, integrative relationship and sex therapy informed practices, EMDR, and trauma informed yoga. I’ve spent years building a practice that holds the full complexity of who people are, not just their symptoms. My approach is trauma-informed, liberation-focused, and deliberately non-pathologizing. I work at the intersection of clinical depth and integrative frameworks that include somatic, archetypal, and spiritual dimensions because healing rarely fits neatly inside a diagnostic code. I’m kink-aware, CNM and ENM-affirming, and experienced with non-traditional relationship structures. I work with people whose lives, identities, and relationships exist outside what mainstream therapy was built to hold.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is a reclamation project; not a return to who you were before, but a full-bodied arrival into who you actually are. I’m a lifelong learner, a depth-seeker, and someone who has never been satisfied with surface-level answers to complex human questions. My work lives at the intersection of clinical rigor and spiritual integrity, and I believe those things belong together. I’m committed to liberation-focused care, which means I’m actively working against systems that pathologize difference, shame sexuality, or treat trauma as a character flaw. I support body positivity, LGBTQ+ affirming care, kink and CNM community access to competent mental health services, and the decriminalization of diverse identities within clinical spaces. My own life is rooted in practice- yoga, Reiki, working with crystals, and living in rhythm with the wheel of the year and the natural world.
