About My Clients
Does counseling feel a little daunting? Do you have anxiety attacks? Feel alone or as if no one understands you? Experienced trauma in your life and can't seem to keep it from preventing you from living your life? Any of this can be terrifying, and I want you to be able not to have to suffer anymore. I use a variety of techniques to help clients cope with their specific situation and provide an empathetic environment where you can heal and become your best self.
My Background and Approach
The tools that I provide help you to get a handle on nightmares, flashbacks, or anxiety attacks. We work together as a team to figure out what skills, tools, and approaches work best for you. Counseling should not feel as if I am running the show but as collaborative work between myself and you. We will work together to find the best way for you to heal and be happy and healthy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that all people deserve to have someone who will listen to them without bias or judgment. It is hard in this world to get that from family or friends at times. I work hard in my practice to help my clients feel that it is a safe place no matter what they are facing.
