About My Clients

I am an experienced clinician working across the lifespan and is proficient in evidence based models for children and adults. I am bilingual/bicultural (English/Spanish). My past work settings run the gamut from school-based, to community-based, to institutional shelter clinical support. I also am experienced in clinical supervision and training.

My Background and Approach

I have an LCSW license since 2011 and completed a Master in Social Work Degree at California State University, Sacramento. My specialty areas include: depression, anxiety, stress management, family issues, and life management with an adherence to the value and practice of radical acceptance of whatever is brought to therapy.
