About My Clients
I have worked with a variety of people from different backgrounds who struggle with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma memories, managing emotions, relationships, stress, health issues, and more. I have training in a variety of treatments including CBT for Depression and Panic, CPT for PTSD, Transdiagnostic Behavioral Therapy, DBT, and ACT.
My Background and Approach
Life is full of ebbs and flows, times when just “getting through” or “surviving” are at the forefront, and other times when it isn’t enough and we want more for our lives. I am a process-based therapist who recognizes that every individual is unique. Therapy should meet you where you are, not fit you into a box. I can be a listening ear, help support you through difficult times, and introduce you to evidence-based strategies to help you overcome your struggles and flourish. Process Based Therapy, the framework we will walk through, is designed to use different practices from these modalities, along with others, to specifically facilitate change where it is most needed in your life. I am currently offering both in-person and virtual therapy options and am accepting new clients!
