About My Clients
I work best with adolescents and adults navigating the ups and downs of life, from managing anxiety or depression to building self-esteem and better relationships with peers. I also enjoy helping couples strengthen communication and rebuild trust in their relationships. My ideal clients are ready to take the first step toward positive change, even if they’re unsure where to start—I’m here to guide and support them every step of the way.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) with an advanced degree in social work from King University, I bring both expertise and a passion for helping others to my practice. My experience includes working with adolescents, young adults, couples, and families to address challenges such as anxiety, depression, and relational issues. I provide practical tools and a supportive environment to foster real, lasting change, helping clients feel empowered and capable of growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in creating an inclusive, judgment-free space where everyone feels valued and supported. I’m passionate about advocating for mental health awareness, with a particular focus on men’s mental health and breaking the stigma surrounding seeking help for all individuals. I am committed to fostering resilience and hope in our communities. These values shape the care I provide, ensuring that every client feels seen, heard, and respected.
