I am experienced in couples therapy, helping partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and navigate challenges. Using a collaborative approach, I guide couples in understanding each other’s needs, addressing conflict, and fostering emotional connection. My goal is to empower partners to strengthen their relationship, enhance intimacy, and develop healthier ways to support one another through life's ups and downs.
