My training throughout graduate school and onwards involves some level of Cognitive Behavioral Theory. I utilize this as my secondary approach, taking primary for evidence based efficacies.

I primary treat and focus on psychodynamic theory and approaches as my natural clinical method. Most of my ongoing training involves psychodynamic concepts and modalities.

Most of my developmental work hinges on traditional attachment theory, particularly around Bowlby and Ainsworth.

Over the years of working inpatient and in community mental health I developed a cohesive approach to treating spectrums of Bipolar Disorder. I work often in tandem with medication management providers to ensure more well-rounded efficacious results.

Most of my patients fall under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella, often in tandem with family or religious trauma. I work with multiple LGBTQIA+ organizations and groups to ensure fair and accommodating care for all.

Most of my postgraduate training revolved around treating anxiety in various forms through various ways.
