About My Clients
Hello, I’m Lizza Chenven, LCSW. I work with couples and adult individuals to help identify and access your internal resources for making constructive change. The range of challenges we face in life is broad. I work with my clients to create lasting change in managing a wide range of problems, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and many others.
My Background and Approach
I am particularly interested in couples work and continue to train in IFIO, which is the couples version of Internal Family Systems (IFS). I believe that each person has the capacity to experience emotional safety and connection in their life and relationships. As a therapist, I work with you to establish a trusting relationship and a welcoming space for your self-exploration.
