About My Clients

You want to feel seen, understood, and validated in your experience. You want a life that’s more fulfilling. Maybe your past experiences are getting in your way and you’re feeling ready to finally work through them... and maybe even learn to use them as opportunities to grow. Maybe you’re… -Feeling numb to the world around you. -Trying to thrive but feeling burned out. -Feeling down, anxious, overwhelmed, or not like yourself. -Struggling to figure out how to move forward from your past.

My Background and Approach

I'm a Clinical Social Worker with a foundation in Psychology. I've spent most of my career working with suicide prevention among all ages of the lifespan. I am very passionate about helping people process difficult emotions through a collaborative genuine approach. I believe in the "person in environment" approach which looks at the ecosystem in which a person grew up -- the systems at all levels impact us.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I understand how difficult things may feel right now, and I want you to know that it can and will get better. I’m a firm believer in the power of therapy because of what it’s given me in my own life. Through therapy, I was able to find joy again after experiencing trauma and loss, and I truly believe you can too. Taking the first step to reach out for help is never easy, but it’s the small steps that add up to real healing and lasting change.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
