About My Clients

My Background and Approach
As a therapist, I believe that my clients are the experts of their lives. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space for my clients to express their thoughts, emotions, experiences, and beliefs unapologetically. My approach is tailored to my clients' unique goals and needs. During my counseling experience, I have supported clients working through trauma, depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflict, and career readiness. My background in a university center and private practice have enabled me to provide individual and group bilingual (English & Spanish) counseling to first-generation college students, single moms, Latinx immigrants, and young adults.
