About My Clients
Are you a professional, leader, business owner, executive, or parent with a demanding career? You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stretched thin. Perhaps you're experiencing work-life stress, perfectionism, self-doubt, anxiety, low mood, relationship concerns, or questions about meaning and purpose. I work with people seeking a space to slow down, feel understood, gain perspective, and better understand themselves, their relationships, and what matters most to them.
My Background and Approach
My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. My approach draws from humanistic, relational, mindfulness-based, insight-oriented, and cognitive behavioral therapies and is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect for you as an individual. I believe you are the expert on your own life. Therapy can provide a space to slow down, feel understood and accepted, explore your experiences and relationships more deeply, gain perspective, and consider what is important to you. I have worked with clients in diverse settings since 2001, with extensive experience addressing stress and burnout, perfectionism, self-doubt, relationship and communication concerns, anxiety, low mood, adult ADHD, and work-life balance. In my work with professionals and others in high-responsibility roles, I especially value collaboration, reliability, respect for your experience, and discretion.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people benefit from having a space where they can feel genuinely understood, valued, and accepted without pressure to become a different version of themselves. You are the expert on your own life, and I see therapy as a collaborative relationship grounded in curiosity, openness, and respect for your experience. It takes courage to look at ourselves honestly and with self-compassion. I value creating a space where you can slow down, make sense of your experiences, explore your relationships and patterns, and consider what matters most to you. Sometimes that leads to change; other times, greater understanding, acceptance, or a different perspective may be what is most meaningful.
