You can’t stay focused on tasks and miss out on your favorite fun activities. Is it because you’re not sleeping well, or something more? My Background and Approach
I specialize in treating situational & generational trauma to rid your life of debilitating anxiety, depression, insomnia, PTSD, OCD, & ADHD symptoms without medication. I offer traditional & accelerated tracks to release feelings of stress, overwhelm, life changes, and relationship challenges. You can live a life you love, free from suffering. No two people are the same, and neither is their treatment. We will consider your biological, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual history. It would be my absolute privilege to do this work with you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe our bodies and minds are biologically designed to thrive, change, and grow. I believe that diagnosis can feel validating and can be a self-fulfilling prophecy filled with stigma. When it comes to medication, I believe there is a time we may all need to sniff the glue. When you are ready for real healing, your memories can be refiled in your mind if your grief is witnessed and you are emotionally held through trauma-informed therapy. I believe in celebrating until further notice, including enjoying time with loved ones and time alone. I love animals; I sit on the Miami Beach Animal Welfare Committee and Jamie's Rescue board. I make it a point to advocate for human rights, especially for community and familial black sheep (like me).
