About My Clients
You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by painful experiences that are hard to talk about in your everyday life. Many of my clients carry histories of trauma, struggle with anxiety or perfectionism, or feel disconnected from themselves in the midst of big life transitions. Others are students or professionals balancing immense pressure, or individuals from marginalized communities who are navigating systems not built to support them.
My Background and Approach
I bring 17 years of experience as a therapist, including more than a decade in university counseling centers, to my private practice. My style is relational, experiential, and rooted in the belief that transformation happens when we work with the mind, body, and spirit together. My training and certifications include EMDR, Gestalt, somatic and mindfulness-based approaches, and psychedelic-assisted therapy through Naropa University’s 200-hour certification. In practice, this means we might pause to notice what is happening in your body, use evidence-based tools to reprocess old wounds, or explore new ways of relating that feel more aligned with who you want to be. In our work together, you will find space to slow down, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and build resilience for the challenges you face.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is not just about coping but about reclaiming wholeness and creating space for joy, connection, and authenticity. My values are grounded in inclusivity, anti-oppressive practice, and a deep respect for each person’s inner healing intelligence. Outside of my work, I find renewal in nature, contemplative practices, and creative rituals that remind me of the interconnectedness we all share.
