Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in tech finance in the heart of Silicon Valley. Burnout didn't happen suddenly, but rather, it was a slow progression. I was fatigued, I couldn't find joy in my work anymore, I was overwhelmed, anxious, frustrated, and constantly angry. Therapy helped me understand where to go when I hit rock bottom, and I can help you figure out what comes next for you.

Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples helps cut through all of the noise so you can really hear what your partner is saying beneath the anger or frustration. I help couples get to the root of what's happening so they can move towards resolution and connection. My approach is intuitive and integrative because therapy is not one-size fits all. Therapy with me honors your individuality. I pull from many different theories and stay up to date on the latest research to make sure that I'm as informed as possible when providing you care. Usually no two sessions with me are alike. I'm don't constantly ask "How does that make you feel?" or talk at you. Together, we are explorers, discovering how you got here so we can find a path to lasting inner peace.

As an EMDR Clinician, I have seen how transformative it has been for my clients, especially when they feel stuck in their trauma. I, too, have also experienced EMDR as a client. EMDR is even more powerful in an intensive format, where I work with clients for half-day or full-day sessions.
