I am passionate about helping my clients find their voice, gain skills to face difficulties with confidence, get in touch with their minds and bodies, and heal past hurt and trauma. I strive to create a safe environment for clients to grow and express themselves. I am collaborative but active, and will bring my own ideas and perspectives about moving toward your goals but recognize you as the expert on your experience. My approach draws from narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, and emotionally focused therapy.
