School aged children, adolescents and adults looking to overcome personal challenges and better understand mental health concerns. This may be in individual, group and/or yoga therapy sessions based on client needs/preferences. Also provides yoga therapy to adults with special needs to better regulate emotions and behavior.
My Background and Approach
I use a holistic counseling approach which allows me to gear supports to each individual's specific needs. I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic/body-centered therapies, trauma informed care, acceptance and commitment therapy, yoga therapy and mindfulness techniques.
