Whatever you're currently struggling with, therapy can help you find perspective and create the changes you want. Sometimes it's a uniquely stressful experience or circumstances that has you seeking out therapy at this moment. The good news is that engaging with therapy not only helps to progress through a period of acute distress, but also illuminates our unique strengths and innate capacity for growth and flourishing.
My Background and Approach
I have a background in Couples and Family Therapy and think of all individuals within their relational webs of connections with others. Together we may explore the underlying factors contributing to your present experience, healing your relationship with your body and intuition, navigating your own unique path through life, learning from relationships, and connecting to a stronger self-esteem.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that positive change is available to each of us at any point in our lives. My priority is to provide a safe and comfortable space for you to address whatever is bringing you into therapy. Therapy sessions with me typically feel like a supportive and relaxed conversation. While we may address challenging stuff together, you are always in control of what we talk about and when.
