About My Clients

Do you feel as if you are surviving rather than living? Struggling with intense emotions, or not feeling anything at all? Maybe you seek a fuller experience of life — more joy and less suffering — but you’re not sure how to get unstuck from the past. I recognize the courage it takes to walk this path, and I'm here to support you. Together, we can work to restore your sense of power, peace, and wellbeing.

My Background and Approach

My approach is calm, compassionate, and grounded, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, somatic therapy, and mindfulness techniques. In our therapeutic collaboration, you will access the resources within yourself to alleviate suffering caused by past wounds and create the quality of life that you deserve. With care and respect for your whole being, I will guide you toward increased self-awareness, emotional skillfulness, and integration of past and present. I warmly welcome all cultures and identities, including the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. Through a holistic lens, I honor your pacing and acknowledge the multiple facets of health (mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual) that may impact your wellbeing.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My therapy practice wholeheartedly affirms all cultures and identities, including the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. As a second-generation immigrant and a member of the Asian-American community, I incorporate multicultural respect and social justice principles into my work.
