About My Clients
I have over 10 years of experience working with individuals with autism and neurodivergence. I am also dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages in navigating anxiety, depression, and a variety of mental health struggles, including stress, trauma, and life transitions. I believe that every individual is capable and worthy of participating in the therapeutic process.
My Background and Approach
I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist currently pursuing my masters degree in Counseling and Psychological Services at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. With over 10 years of hands-on experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum and neurodivergence, I have developed a deep understanding of the unique ways in which these experiences shape thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I value a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to therapy, and I am excited to provide her clients with a safe and affirming environment for therapy. Affirming of neurodiversity, gender, culture, and other aspects of identity, I strive to create an inclusive and respectful space where each individual is honored and supported. I am dedicated to working collaboratively with clients to explore their experiences, build self-awareness, and develop personalized coping strategies.
